1. Why should I pay you $995.00 when I can place an ad on Monster.com or in the paper for less money?
A. Three primary reasons. First, we will save you time because we will only send you qualified and interested candidates–we will screen all the candidates from our data base usually starting with a pool of 100 and narrowing it down to about 10. Secondly, there will be complete confidentiality – no one in your company will know that you are looking and finally – we guarantee the hire. No job ad or Internet job posting website will do that. 2. How can you afford to guarantee a hire for only $995.00 while other recruiting firms get several thousand dollars for a placement?
A. Two reasons: one, we have automated and streamlined our search process and, secondly, we specialize in one area (Office personnel) and have a multitude of resume databases to source from.

3. How do we know the candidates you send us are qualified and not a waste of our time?
A. We interview you before we start looking for candidates to find out all about your company, its culture, hours of operation, benefits, location, etc. We also gather information about the position you are looking to fill as well as salary range and skill requirements. We will only send you pre-qualified candidates that have the experience to do the job and also are willing to work the hours in the pay range that you are offering.

4. How long will it take before I will start getting interviews set up?
A. We guarantee that you will have at least 5 to 10 qualified candidate referrals within ten business days from the date your order is placed.

5. What happens if I don’t hire any of the candidates that you send me?
A. We require that you provide us with a periodic status report on the candidates that we have referred to you. If you do not consummate a hire within the first group of 5 to 10 candidates, we will source, qualify and refer another round of candidates. we will work with you until you have secured a hire.

6. How quickly does it generally take to make a hire?
A. This can vary depending upon the specific position but we not only will be your best and most economical source but also your quickest. We assign a full time recruiting consultant to work with you until you get a hire. In general, hires are consummated within two to three weeks from the date you place your order.

7. What happens when I make a hire – Am I on my own regarding legal issues, back ground checks and other hiring issues?
A. Yes and No. At this time, we do NOT conduct background checks or reference checks on the candidates we refer. That is your responsibility and we urge you to take the time to do the appropriate due diligence on any candidate that you are thinking about hiring. However, because we understand the hiring process, we can provide guidance relative to any specific hiring issues you may encounter including best practices relative to conducting background checks, interviewing candidates and potential legal issues during the hiring process.

8. What if the person I hire does not work out?
A. Generally, they do work out because of all of the upfront work that is performed but in the rare case that they do not, we guarantee the candidate for 30 days from the start date. If your hire isn’t working out, notify us within the 30-day period and we will replace the candidate at no charge.

9. I need to hire a marketing manager. Can you help?
A. Yes and No. At this time, the Perfect Office Placement program is strictly limited to general office personnel positions. However, our parent company, Perfect Fit Placement, recruits within a broad area of disciplines outside of office staffing. Let a hiring consultant know about your hiring need and he or she will refer you to the appropriate personnel consultant.

A. If you need to hire three people simultaneously, a volume discount is available. Please speak with a personnel consultant for more information on volume discounts.
