  • Discuss with Client the parameters of the open position, the scope of the work to be performed and attain an understanding of the work environment and skill requirements
  • Actively screen our resume databases for qualified local candidates based on Client’s basic job requirements (i.e. salary requirement, years of experience, educational background, specific skill requirements, etc.)
  • Contact qualified local candidates and present Client's job opportunity; a minimum of 10 qualified and interested candidates will be identified
  • Resumes of potential candidates along with contact information are conveniently forwarded directly into our Client’s e-mail inbox for its review
  • Client is free to contact and arrange phone and/or live interviews with any or all of the referred candidates
  • Follow up with Client to discuss results
  • If there is no hire in the group ( there will be an internal report required from the client on outcome of each resume sent before another group of candidates are sent), an additional 5-10 qualified and interested candidates will be identifed and referred to Client
  • After a hire has been consumated by Client, the Client will have 30 days from the date of hire to notify Perfect Office Placement if the hire isn't working out for any reason and we will replace the candidate at no additional charge**

1.  Our standard service does not include reference checks, background checks, drug screen checks, criminal or motor vehicle background checks, personality assessments or specific skills testing.  Perfect Office Placement strongly urges its Clients to perform its due diligence on all candidates prior to extending an offfer of employment.  Perfect Office Placement will perform specific checks as requested by its Client subject to an a la carte add-on charge.  For specific costs, please contact a Perfect Office Placement consultant today.

2.  Perfect Office Placement will coordinate/schedule all candidate interviews subject to an a la carte add-on charge.
